The air-conditioning and ventilation systems are constructed according to the unitized construction principle and can be assembled in every requested combination.

The panels of both profile types are provided with noninflammable sound- and warmth- insulating interior of rock wool pads as per DIN 4102 A1.

Various casing shapes are available.

1.) ALU Profile in Two Versions
For air volumes up to 25,000 m³/h, a 30 mm - ALU - frame construction including 25mm-thick insulation is available.
What is more, a 50mm- ALU frame profile, which has a 45mm-thick insulation, is utilised. Of course, on request, this profile can also be used for smaller devices.

2.) 38 mm Galvanised Square Profile with 1,5 mm of wall thickness
Regarding this version, the covering panels are 47 mm thick and have a double-walled insulation. Inner and outer shell is made of 1 mm galvanised sheet steel.
