Adhesive water dryer

Requirements:

• Equipping an excisting adhesive water dryer with a process combustion unit
• Required air temperature: 150 °C
• Required air rate: 60.000 m³/h
• Type of firing: direct-fired combustion unit

Usage of three fans and a combustion unit set up on the adhesive dryer. Due to the open design of the combustion chamber, the exhaust gases remain process-related in the supply air, whereby at a heat output of 150 kW, an efficiency of 100% is achieved. Each of the three fans generates an air rate of 20,000 m³/h, which overcomes a pressure drop of 600 Pa. (Combustion chamber not considered) Due to the stable frame construction, the heating element is easy to integrate into existing systems.
