Galvanization - supply air systems with heat recovery

Requirements:

The galvanization plant was equipped with 2 air systems to supply additional air - the air discharged by the exhaust air system had to be tracked. A heat recovery from the exhaust air was included.

The on-site exhaust air system captures the air directly to the respective treatment tanks. Therefore, the two supply air systems were installed on the two side intermediate stages with central supply air duct and air outlets below the intermediate stages.

Due to the spatial separation of the supply and exhaust air system and the pollution of the exhaust air, a heat recovery (circulation system composite) was preferred. 

The air outlets guarantee a comprehensive, comfortable and at the same time draft-free supply of air in the floor area. All outlets are installed under the hall trusses to prevent damage by industrial trucks. The DDC control allows energy-efficient use with integrated GLT connection.
